Waste Management

Weight data is crucial in waste management. From tracking weights of garbage collected to monitoring materials recovery – weight is always the key.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
Attaching a simple RF tag (a transponder that is electronically programmed) to a wheelie bin can provide weight and location of each wheelie bin.According to the OCED, an average citizen purchases 800Kg of food & drinks, 120Kg packaging and 20Kg of clothing & shoes each year. Failing to recycle these goods effectively weakens an economy.
